Throughout the course, we draw from primary and secondary sources to address contemporary debates in intellectual property law and policy, paying particular attention to the history, theory and political economy of intellectual property law.

How you will learn
You will learn through a combination of seminars and pre-recorded lectures. During lectures you will be able to engage with an overview of the topic, while seminars give you a chance to work as a group and contribute to discussions.
You can study this course full- or part-time and it has an evening timetable with classes taking place in the evening.
