This course offers you the conceptual tools and practical knowledge you need to critically understand the two-way relationship between law and technology.
During the course you will:

learn how to transfer your understanding of complex problems and regulatory responses to different contexts

critically evaluate legal, regulatory and policy proposals concerning specific challenges related to this subject area.
How you will learn
The course is centred around seminars in which you will work with a group and discuss contemporary challenges posed by new technologies. There will also be pre-recorded lectures to provide you with an overview of the topic and engage you with the material.
You will be able to choose between full- and part-time study. This course has an evening timetable with classes taking place in the evening, so you can balance your studies with work, family and other commitments.
