Our LLM International Commercial Law degree has been specially designed to provide you with the opportunity to understand domestic commercial transactions with international law elements, as well as allowing you to explore contemporary legal issues and debates, analyse current developments related to the advancement of society through the legal lens.
On our LLM International Commercial Law course you will have the opportunity to choose optional modules that include intellectual property law and technology, electronic commerce and digital trade, international law, international commercial dispute resolution, competition law, and international trade.
The Law School has a dedicated moot room, where you can practice your advocacy skills in a realistic courtroom setting. We also have wigs and gowns to add to the experience. Additionally, the Students' Union has a Mooting Society, where you can get involved in mock trials and may even be able to compete in national competitions.
