Back by popular demand, CheekyLittleCareers and The University Of Law are delighted to be hosting a live exclusive Fireside Chat with Chris Boycott, Partner at Linklaters.
Host Husnara Begum, Associate Editor at CheekyLittleCareers and Ex-Linklaters Corporate Lawyer, will host the chat. She’ll be asking questions ranging from Chris' career path to partnership, what working in commercial law is like and life at Linklaters. Chris advises financial sponsors and their investee companies on public and private M&A, joint ventures and restructuring transactions across a broad range of sectors, notably the financial institutions, technology, industrials, business services, consumer and healthcare sectors. Chris is a leading adviser to financial sponsors on UK public-to-private transactions. Chris has led, or been a key adviser, on a wide range of financial sponsor transactions. These include advising Brookfield on its £4bn recommended offer for Homeserve PLC and HG Saturn and the consortium on the £1.3bn buyout of Iris Software Group.
