University of LawThe University of Law is holding a ‘Commercial Awareness Explained’ Event at its London Bloomsbury Campus on Thursday 14th July 2022, from 2–5pm BST.

Do you want to become more commercially aware but don't know where to start? This event, being held at ULaw’s London Bloomsbury campus, is for you! Guest speaker, Husnara Begum – a former Magic Circle corporate lawyer and current editor of CheekyLittleCareers.com – will introduce you to the fundamentals of commercial awareness. Topics covered will include how law firms operate as businesses and the anatomy of an M&A deal. You'll also have the opportunity to join short commercial case study sessions to learn about key developments as well as how to 'sell' your commercial knowledge when applying for graduate roles.
