Guest speaker, Husnara Begum, a former magic circle corporate lawyer and now editor of cheekylittlecareers.com will introduce you to the fundamentals of commercial awareness, how law firms operate as businesses and how an M&A deal works. You'll also have the opportunity to join short commercial case study sessions to learn about key developments as well as how to 'sell' your commercial knowledge when applying to graduate roles.
