Bocconi UniversityKing’s College London and Bocconi University in Milan have launched a dual LLM degree – the LLM in Law, Innovation and Technology.

This exciting new LLM degree focusses on the legal aspects of digitisation and explores how new technologies can be disruptive to the law.

Students on the LLM Law, Innovation and Technology will spend their first semester at Bocconi University followed by a second semester at King’s College London. Students then complete the LLM by doing an internship, placement or thesis with Bocconi and a dissertation with King’s. Upon successful completion of the postgraduate law course, students will be eligible for a Master of Laws (LLM) in Law, Innovation & Technology from King’s and a Second Level Specialised Master (LLM) in Law of Internet Technology from Bocconi.

By studying the dual LLM degree in Law, Innovation and Technology, students will achieve two internationally recognised LLM degrees from two world-class law schools, gaining knowledge of this dynamic area of the law across many international jurisdictions.

Bocconi University also offers an LLM in Law of Internet Technology as a standalone LLM degree taught entirely in English. This course provides a complete understanding of issues related to the digital age, including intellectual property protection and competition rules. This LLM program can be studied as both a full-time program (12 months) and a part-time program (two years).
