Summary
This course provides in-depth knowledge of Law and Policy for Sustainability, offering opportunities to explore a range of sustainability issues relevant to the real-world challenges faced by companies. Students will examine topics such as: the development of sustainability policy; the UN's Sustainable Development Goals; the relationship between sustainability, corporate social responsibility, and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) regulation; sustainability as a risk management practice.
