On our LLM Advanced Legal Studies course, you can tailor your studies to meet your own interests and ambitions in a broad range of areas. You can combine the School of Law’s strengths in Commercial Law and International Law to study topics such as dispute settlement, data protection and copyright law, international commercial arbitration (CIArb accredited), refugee law, human rights law, policy and practice and much more. This course will equip you with the knowledge and skills to succeed as a professional, scholar or leader in the field of law.
On top of gaining legal knowledge, you will also develop critical skills such as the ability to delineate and evaluate issues, select relevant materials, and produce arguments encompassing policy, existing practice and knowledge at an advanced level.
Modules are offered by schools and departments including the International Capital Market Association (ICMA) Centre.
